We had Sledge Concrete Coatings apply cool decking to our entire back patio. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Joan was a delight to talk to on the phone. She was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Kayla was also thorough and answered all our questions when she came to our home to give us the estimate. Every crew was punctual, efficient, polite and great guys. The price was far better than any other estimate we received. I would highly recommend this company and entire staff!

I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction. We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
