The work that this contractor and his team did to fix the cracks in our driveway was excellent, and they were extremely competitive. They have my highest recommendation and I would hire them again.

* had a moisture control system installed on our house in July 2021. It ran constantly for 3 months then completely shut off and has not turned back on despite several measurable rains. We have tested power to the outlet, that checked out fine. When the cover is removed there is a red blinking light on the unit. My husband reached out through Facebook and was told someone would call back to schedule an appointment. Never happened. I called and spoke to a woman who also told me someone would reach out to schedule an appointment. Never happened. Now when I call the company it goes through the recorded answering service. When I press 1 or 0 as promoted it just goes back through the recording and eventually hangs up. We spent thousands of dollars on a system that is not functioning and we cannot get anybody to call us back to either trouble shoot or schedule to have the system looked at.

After leaving review we were contacted and appointment was scheduled. Technician was on time and replaced a bad /loose wire. System is running as it should.

I had them pour me a new slab for an 18x20 shed. They were up to date on the code and permits in Scottsdale which made it a smooth process.

However, after starting the work, David,our applicator experienced a mechanical breakdown and halted the work for that day. He was very apologetic and gave a full explanation. Talk about great customer service! American Epoxy Arizona went far beyond my expectations. I was in the market to get my two car garage floor epoxied and my biggest hurdle was finding someone that would be willing to work around my busy schedule. I contacted American Epoxy, explained to them what I had in mind and asked about their availability. They were more than willing to meet with me during the weekend to provide an estimate and explain to me my options and how the process would go. Adam, the master installer, seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Decided to give them a chance and I’m very glad I did. The floor came out amazing! Pictures don’t do the work justice, and everyone that has seen pictures of the work has been impressed! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their garage floor done!

I have had trouble with reliable landscapers. I saw them during my neighbours l (which looks amazing) and asked if they would work on my front and back lawns. There was a lot that needed to be done. They fixed my Irrigation, cleaned up the crazy jungle I had going on up front and gave me really pretty grass like my neighbours. I also like that they invoice you and you just click a Botton to pay them. Nice and easy. My last guy I had to pay cash.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

I highly recommend using this company. They are very responsive and did a great job! Price was great. I will be using them for future concrete work.

I e-mailed this company for an estimate on a driveway extension. The owner (or representative?), Edwin, responded, and we set up a time for him to come to our house to provide an estimate. He cancelled the appointment 1 hour before he was due to arrive on the first day, then no-showed on the following day. I rearranged my schedule twice for him, only to be stood up both times. Shoddy customer service.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
