Let me start by saying I own a home that I wanted to do projects to upgrade my backyard and my patio area. I essentially had a blank canvas to work with so I could dream up what I wanted and get some work done. I had my roof extended over my patio, and needed a couple slabs of concrete poured to double my patio size and reach the end of my house. I also wanted another foundation poured for a future shed. Then I decided to extend out my pool deck with some pavers, and make a paver pathway from the patio to the pool. I had several contractors stop by to give me quotes, most wouldn't even quote me because they had minimums for square footage for a concrete pouring job. I got frustrated and somehow stumbled upon No Limits Concrete and Construction. Charlie came by and quoted me ON THE SPOT, no waiting for a few days for a call back. After accepting the job, Charlie communicated EVERYTHING. EVERY detail, timeline, the communication with him was outstanding, something most contractors are terrible at. He prepped the areas in 1 day, which included getting rid of a dirt mound that was muddy from a rainstorm. Unfortunately it rained again and he couldn't complete everything for a few days, but when he came back, he finished the entire job the 2nd day. I was amazed at how quick he worked. I'm so happy with the outcome, it's a great start to the beginning of building a beautiful backyard for me and my family. I can't thank him enough for the quality and quickness of the job he and his crew did. If you ever need a concrete or pavers company, this is the one. Best experience I've EVER had.

We hired them to fix our driveway. The level of service we received and the quality of work performed were second to none. They were courteous and prompt. Their prices were really reasonable, and they provided excellent service all around. I would absolutely recommend them.

I wanted a decorative concrete contractor for my patio. These guys did an excellent job! My patio looks great and I'm so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area who needs concrete work done.

I had worked with Arizona Foundation Solutions before. They had installed a moisture removal system as a heaving remediation solution.

During my renovations, I noticed a crack in the foundation that was a little more than 1/16 of an inch wide. I felt comfortable fixing it myself. However, I wanted it done professionally and have it backed by a transferable warranty. Therefore, I decided to go the with Arizona Foundation Solutions.

The person handling the actual repair was Tom Linear. I was very impressed by his commitment to doing the job right even before the start of the job. The original bid was different from the work that was actually needed since I had just completed removing tile to reveal the extent of the damage. I shared this change with Tom. He assured me that all would be handled. He also warned me about the limitations of the repair. Part of the crack was in close proximity to the wall. Due to this and the need for even more, possibly unnecessary work, this part of the crack would not be stitched. However, the work would still fall under the warranty.

I was blown away by his skill, knowledge, patience, and willingness to not only listen to my concerns and answer questions but actually teach me me the techniques so I would feel comfortable doing it myself in the future if needed. Tom is an excellent teacher.

As mentioned previously, the scope of the project was changed. He performed extra work that was not in the original contract and would not fall under the warranty, and was done without expectation of extra charge.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tom. He is passionate about his work and is willing and able to share it with others. As a result of his visit, I not only have confidence in the repair that was done, but I also have confidence in myself to be able to apply similar fixes in future. Tom, thank you so much!

Phoenix Concrete did an incredible job on our concrete patio. The crew was extremely nice and helpful. We wanted our kids hand-prints on our patio and one of the crew members helped us make this happen, even though it took a few tries. The cost for the work was well worth the price. Thanks again!

Nothing but good things to say about this company from the salesman, owners, foreman and employees. The employees that did the resurfacing of our pool deck and patios and outdoor kitchen not the only they did a good job installing their product but also knew all the ins and outs of the product they were installing. Once they were done installing the flooring they came back the next day and cleaned up the pool and any debris that went outside of the Resurfacing areas. I highly recommend this company to work with! Five stars to the actual team that worked on our project.

Great value! Had 15 piers installed and poly foam to bring slab to level. Bid came in 30% lower than other vendor, with better warranty. When they ran into unexpected issues with my foundation, they addressed my concerns and still kept the original bid! Would not hesitate to recommend them to others in need of foundation repair.

We added an extension to our driveway. They were extremely efficient, did beautiful work, and were very knowledgeable. They worked hard and were very friendly! I can't recommend them enough!

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.
