I had a stem wall repair job that I’d been putting off for far too long. I sought other bids but James’ was more detailed (by far), priced competitively and provided by James himself—He gave me a complete rundown of the process and the products he would use as well as the timeframe and the warranty he would provide. I accepted his bid on the spot and scheduled the work for the following week. The job was completed in the timeframe discussed and the results were far beyond my expectations. The house, courtyard, landscaping, sidewalk, yard and street were left cleaner than they found it. They even polished my stained concrete courtyard which was in no way a part of the job!!!! Rose paving has done multple jobs for me accross the valley ranging from a few thousand dollars to over a quarter million. They have yet to dissapoint. My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

I needed a floor for an aircraft hangar in Arizona that would stand up to fairly heavy use, have some traction if wet and would not be affected by lots of sunlight (ultra-violet) when the door was open. Eric took the time to meet with me, explain the various types of coatings and go over the options. I looked at several other options, but Eric's was by far the best choice for me. During the process, Eric was always available and answered my questions right away.
the work was done on time and at the agreed price. Their quote was not the lowest, but they were the best choice based on service and types of coatings available.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!

Scheduled an appointment, called and checked status before hand, no call no show. Won’t answer calls or emails. Voicemail is full. Won’t be calling them again.
