Knowing we had severe foundation issues, we contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions based on the recommendation of friends. Their recommendation was a good choice to follow, since we found Arizona Foundation to be an excellent company. They looked at our issues and gave us a detailed explanation of solutions, complete with measurements and identifying problem areas. They first installed a moisture control system. Their installers were on time and worked with us to place it in the least noticeable spot. Another crew came and repaired cracks in our floors. They were professional, fast, and even filled a few extra cracks that we had not been able to see. Finally, Barry Anderson and his pier installing crew put in two stabilizers for us. From the moment he arrived they were professional, explained everything, and amazingly, went from making a huge mess to leaving the area as neat and clean as they found it -- and that was after digging two large holes! Barry made sure the mess and impact on us was as minimal as possible and took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, his entire crew was polite and friendly. Although foundation repair is an expensive issue, I feel Arizona Foundation Solutions definitely gave us our money's worth.

Made an appointment with Tim Schirra to get an estimated on a backyard project. He was incredibly helpful. It’s unclear if we’ll need their services at this point but Tim was super helpful in recommending next steps and providing referrals for other service providers we’ll need to finish our project. All in all helpful, knowledgeable, professional and well connected in the industry!

1C3:9 Construction did a great job on the foundation we wanted. Julian and his guys went the extra mile to even fix a tile that was broken in my bathroom. These guys are one of the best that I have hired. Very recommended!

Very easy to clean and maintain. It requires only a damp mop or a quick sweep to keep it looking new.

Amazing work by my new friend Mel. This man and all of his crew were friendly, professional, tidy and thorough. I called for a quote and Mel was there within a few hours. We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. I recently had a two car garage epoxied by American Epoxy in Tucson, AZ. I had received several quotes from other companies and American Epoxy by far had the best product for the best price. I’m very happy with my floor and would highly recommend American Epoxy Arizona.

Eze Decor Concrete recently layed new cool deck on our patio and fixed all of the horrendous mistakes from our previous contractor that initially did the job insufficiently. Gustavo and his team gave a quote that was reasonable and full of value. They arrived on the day scheduled and guess what, they completed the job on the day scheduled. They were honest with the needed updates, made truly beneficial suggestions. My wife and I are in talks with them about completing a future project.

As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.
