So far, Andrew came out and looked around our house and did some measurements. He was knowledgeable and good communicator. I am happy so far with his opinion of our house. We have scheduled another appointment for later for the men to come out with detailed equipment. He also gave us excellent pointers to look for. I am giving him 4 stars BUT we don't know what the rest of the process will entail or if the company will follow through on the rest of this process.

Straight Line (Ram Jack) stabilized our 100 year old home through the deployment and use of 14 drilled helical piers. The work was completed on time with professionalism and great communication applied throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for foundation work where structural issues have been identified and evaluated.

I recently hired 1C3:9 Renovators for a concrete slab work in the side yard of my house (the RV parking space), Julian came out scoped the work and provided an instant estimate. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He gave me a very good idea about what design and product would w best fit in the space and the serve the purpose. I approved the estimate and he began the work the very next day. The work was perfectly done ahead of schedule and the price was appropriate. I highly recommend this company for those who have need for the type services they provide. Well done, Julian!!

I called Mel for a quote, he provided a prompt response and showed up on time. He knocked out the quote on site and had a contract to us within 2 days. His quote was a well below other contractor's. When they started the job they were on time and efficient. They always left the job clean and everything back in place. He has done a couple of jobs for us and we've been extremely pleased both times.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. Sun Valley really saved us on this project without them our customer would have never given us a great review. I highly recommend them for any of your concrete coating needs. When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. Just doing my good deed for the day

Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.
