Best Concrete Floor Grinding in Phoenix AZ

They recently installed a concrete driveway at my house, and I could not be happier. They were highly professional and did a fantastic job of completing the project on time. James, Concrete Repairman LLC surely saved the day for us and our home. It became aware that a large crack had formed due to gutter rain being misdirected toward the home. James was amazing in his precise knowledge of how to fix the floor that had heaved several inches across the living room. It was a massive undertaking to us and James was very reassuring that with his leveling and stitching the floor would be better than new. Well, he is amazing. We were so impressed. The crew worked hard and diligently, there were No schedule changes, every day they were on time, the job was done with the utmost professionalism. Communication before and during project was beyond our expectations. I've read other reviews and they are so wrong. This is an amazing company with skilled workers who care about the customer.

American Epoxy Arizona (Adam) did absolutely an amazing job for our home flooring. We choose the dark brown with light brown highlights! It's absolutely amazing! Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic.
I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor.
Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples.
Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted.
I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it.

Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional.
It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying
down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint
or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen.

Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke
apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened.
He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty.

We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. We highly recommend
them.

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!

Don't know anything about this company's job performance because they are twice no-shows.
