I contracted with Mel to widen our driveway, put in a new walkway to my front porch and pour a slab to extend my back patio. He came over on a Monday to prep the areas then returned on a Wednesday to complete the project. Mel's work is amazing. He and his crew know exactly what needs to be done. My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Talk about great customer service! American Epoxy Arizona went far beyond my expectations. I was in the market to get my two car garage floor epoxied and my biggest hurdle was finding someone that would be willing to work around my busy schedule. I contacted American Epoxy, explained to them what I had in mind and asked about their availability. They were more than willing to meet with me during the weekend to provide an estimate and explain to me my options and how the process would go. Adam, the master installer, seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Decided to give them a chance and I’m very glad I did. The floor came out amazing! Pictures don’t do the work justice, and everyone that has seen pictures of the work has been impressed! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their garage floor done!

A good friend of ours used First Class Flooring and we saw their beautiful garage floor when they were done. It was amazing and the job was extremely clean and neat. We called Eric for a quote right after that. The name says it all First Class all the way. From start to finish Eric and crew were commitment to our project, from explaining the process and what would look best and his recommendations, to the actual installation, to the follow up...Eric even came by on a Sunday to make sure everything was just right. I am extremely picky with how I want things done and Eric and crew delivered and then some. I am so happy with our new garage floor I don't even want to drive on it, it looks so amazing. BTW - they also use the best materials and are incredibly knowledgeable and absolute experts in this industry. If you're thinking about a new garage floor you must call Eric.

Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
