SSK Concrete does excellent work. The original plan was to form on Saturday and pour on Monday.
Shawn and his team managed to arrange the pour on Saturday as well.
They arrive at the exact time they said they would. Even let me know they were on their way.
Very professional. High quality work. They accomodated my every requirement. Graded the concrete with the proper slope to ensure water flows away from the house. Even accomodated 4 small footings not in the original plan.
Pricing was as fair as most yet better than some.
I recommend SSK Concrete and his team for any project large or small.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. From the first meeting to get a quote, Galaxy was on top of their game. They are very thorough, professional and patient with us. We got several quotes and none of the other companies came close to this level of customer service. American Epoxy Arizona rescued my backyard patio! I removed saltine tile and once it was removed the concrete surface was in poor shape and in need of repair. I had a concrete guy come over hoping he could help but he advised against concrete because a good portion of the repair would be a thin layer on top of existing concrete which wouldn’t last. He recommended that I look into epoxy. I called a few companies and most never called back. One came over to give me a bid and once he saw the project he said he wouldn’t do any work until the concrete surface was smooth first. It was clear that this job required tools and skills beyond this companies abilities. My search continued and I found American Epoxy Arizona. I called and spoke to Adam about the project and sent him a few pictures. He let me know that he absolutely could do this job from start to finish and he had the tools necessary for the concrete repair. Shortly after he came over to see the project and to give me a bid and we picked out epoxy colors with Jessica. The project started and finished on time and communication was great with Adam and his team. American Epoxy Arizona has the talent, skills, and tools to complete any job.

Amazing experience

Wow, what kind of company allows the company truck to be driven by rude employees? Pulling out of Walmart and cutting off a car then laughing about it. How can you trust as company that hires that type of employees???

I have used Desert Coatings on numerous projects. Justin and his team are professional, informative, and honest. Using their services has helped the image of my company and I would gladly recommend them to any other contractor who is looking to make their own personal image shine!

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
