This business is fantastic to work with. The crew responded to our inquiries quickly, amiably, and efficiently. The work they did to repair our walkway was fantastic. Again, I'd employ their services!

We had our driveway, walkway as well as our large patio done by Richard four years ago with a combination of faux flagstone and cool decking. Richards' crew did an outstanding job. We recommended them to several of our friends who in turn had theirs done.
Recently we asked Richard to see if we needed another sealant added after the recommended four years. He said that everything looked fine, but the driveway needed the re-coating. They also touched up a few places that had gotten damaged.
Richard was extremely fair in his pricing and his associates were absolutely great.

AZ Foundation Solutions did an amazing job on the home I am renting. All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative. Thomas, the foreman, stood out from the others. He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends, even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, Dwayne and Alonso were great as well. Sarah and Felix were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me and my schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). I'm in the market for flooring work in my house and I called Galaxy Concrete Coatings for a consultation. So, Ovi showed up at my door. By the time he left, I was more educated about the product, the industry, and the process of their work. Ovi was professional, friendly, and honest. I did not feel any pressure to commit right then and there. In fact, I needed time to think and work out the numbers. And he gave me room to pick that option. I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
