Rene Gonzalez and Luis Londoño werethe painters assigned to our project who displayed professionalism, friendliness and capabilities to perform this job with extreme details. They painted ceilings throughout our home and the outcome was impeccable. VanDerKolk did my iron fences. They did a fantastic job. Showed high-level of care and skill, and most importantly integrity. They did what they said they'd do. I would recommend them.

On 4/30/2018 I signed a contract with CertaPro Painters of the West Valley to repair the damaged areas and paint my home in Goodyear, AZ. Furthermore, I performed a walkdown of the job with Certapro (Nathan) to discuss the areas of concern. Specifically, the efflorescence around the common walls, the cracks near the exterior windows, discoloration of the stucco in various places, gaps between the stucco & patio ceiling, and the iron doors I wanted repainted.

Certapro performed the initial work and then made various attempts to correct the repairs. Furthermore, the repairs are clearly visible and standout from the rest of the stucco. I engaged the ROC, to help bring some resolution but have received their conclusion. Finally, based on my experiences with Certapro of the West Valley I would not be able to recommend their work.

They took great care to cover floors and furniture. But...forgot one side of the inside of a closet door. Hung closet door backwards. Did not paint behind the water closet. Hung a key rack on dry wall with wood screws and pulled loose in a day. Then scheduled return to fix the problem and no-showed, twice, without even calling to cancel. A couple of calls to their office finally got a manager to offer to come out the next day and fix those challenges.
