Best Commercial Painting in Phoenix AZ

I contacted a few different painters in the valley, and Steven provided by far the best quote of the bunch. Super affordable!! He was also very responsive to my inquiry - I contacted all three companies at the same time, and he was the first one to get back to me and set up a time to provide me with an exterior painting estimate. Steven was very professional and kind. He explained things very clearly and patiently answered all the questions my husband and I had. His painters were also very prompt, professional, and thorough. Our house is quite old, and it required some pretty extensive stucco and window repair. Steven and his colleagues took care of all of this work, plus re-painted the house exterior, and the work was completed exactly according to the schedule laid out at the beginning of the job. We're so impressed with the quality of the paint job as well - very neat and clean-looking! Steven also offered his services in the future should we notice any issues with the paint down the road for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Steven and his business to anyone looking for exterior house painting. We had a very positive experience with him and his team!

BUYER BEWARE!
The painting experience with Metzgers was a NIGHTMARE! What was stated on the contract was not completed! Did not scrape the loose paint off and did not power wash. Their painter lied about performing the work and then they tried to justify a higher charge that was due to their painters lack of knowledge and work ethic! Not too mention, the work I had to miss to supervise the work which took 6 days instead of 3 because their painter tried to skip the prep work and rush through the walk through!
The owner(Jeremiah) agreed that their painter did not do certain things yet was argumentative when accepting responsibility.
Unless you want a horrible experience - find another painter!

He was there on time, price was tops, his crew power washed, scraped, caulked in some areas etc, repainted it and trim as to my specs. Extra mile absolutely killed it painting my house. I procrastinated with a deadline and Extra Mile came out and got my rather large house done in a day and a half. Part of my house wasn't read yet so they are even coming back to finish it. I literally could not have asked for an easier process. My involvement was opening the rear gate and paying. That's it and now my house looks amazing. Will be using again for some of our commercial projects.
