Best Carpentry Repair in Phoenix AZ

Terry and his crew did a beautiful job in the interior and exterior of our home. They were very prompt and professional. Terry got me in on my timing which was tight. Gave me insights on colors. Even stripped off the old wall paper prior to painting the interior. I would highly recommend Terry and his crew to paint your home. I will call Terry again in the future for all of my painting needs.

Extra Mile Painting is superb, prompt, efficient, professional and so helpful. I left a message and was originally contacted by Jack, who was quick and efficient. Kendall, our main point of contact came out for a popcorn ceiling estimate. He has been so helpful, flexible and professional throughout this entire experience. Thank you Kendall! We were only going to use them for the popcorn but they were so amazing, we switched over to them for everything. Our popcorn ceilings (in the main room with very high ceilings, and in a bedroom), the kitchen cabinets and painting every inch of the interior.

Hector and his team were prompt and very knowledgeable. They beat our other estimates for all of it! They not only beat the other estimates, they completed EVERYTHING in record time. They started on a Friday and finished by Monday. They came in Tuesday for a few minor touch ups and they are done for now.

They will even come back once we move everything in for more touch ups. This company and crew is outstanding! Now on to the exterior and the garage! :)7

This is the second time for us using CertaPro and WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN! They are professional, have the best service, and are the best price. They take care of their clients.

Based on the good reviews here I expected a professional company and while the work was adequate there are a few issues on the business end of things that dropped my rating to 2 stars:

1. Changing the price after the quote was accepted.
2. Very pushy and borderline harassing payment requests.
3. Accounting errors.
4. Online payment problems.

After I submitted a request for a quote Jack got back to me very quickly and provided a bid. It was a reasonable quote so I decided to move forward. He said they had availability for the following week (which was a big plus), and it would be 25% to lock in the day, 25% deposit, and then the final 50% upon completion.

Jack told me that they would accept Zelle (also known as QuickPay/SurePay, depending on who you bank with), or personal check, or credit (which would involve a surcharge.) I replied that Zelle would work for me and promptly set up a payment for the first 25%. I had to do this in two installments however, since my bank caps the amount for transactions to Zelle recipients without established payment history. Jack gave me a bit of a hard time about this which should not have been an issue on their end - at this point no work had yet been performed.

Here is where we had the first issue. It took a few more back and forth text messages with Jack to get payment details worked out. Apparently the owner, Joe, did not have his phone number registered in the Zelle system (only email), so the payments were not being automatically deposited. I remained patient as we sorted through the payment issues.

After this was all sorted out, Jack gave me a call and told me that he had made an error in calculating how much paint would be required due to the finish on my house, and would I mind very much in splitting the difference. This kind of put me on the spot. I didn't want them to try to stretch the paint too thin in order to keep costs down. And based on our previous payment SNAFU above, I also worried about getting my 25% back promptly if I didn't agree to the adjustment. In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the job here. No honest business should call their customer back and ask them to revise the quote based on an error on their part, especially after the customer has paid the good faith deposit. You eat the extra cost, end of story.

After the work was done, Jack was back on the phone with me to collect the remaining 50% (plus the extra paint add-on). He incorrectly provided me with a balance that did not include credit for all payments that had been made and accepted. After correcting him, once again I promptly set up payment. Once again as well I received multiple follow up texts and phone calls from both Jack and Joe asking me to check things on my end. Again, I felt this was pretty unprofessional. Make sure you have things set up on your end before you harass your customer.

Joe, your business needs to get up to speed on modern payment methods. If online banking is too complex for you then get a bookkeeper who can handle it or insist on paper checks (and accept the loss of business that entails). Your customers have busy lives and they are paying your company for a seamless experience.

JOE does not stand by his work! He supposedly painted my chimney after I had to hound him to do so to match my house when the full exterior paint was done by him. After a few years all the paint is coming off and it looks like a speckled egg! I called Joe and his company to just repaint the chimney and they have made every excuse NOT to fix the problem!! They said it was 3 years and out of warranty and I should have told them earlier!! Like I walk on my roof or would be looking for a problem. Bottom line, I trusted them to do a good job and stand by any shoddy work. They flat out refused to make the situation right!! Bad business!! All they had to do was repaint the chimney. I suspect they actually never did paint the chimney the first time and lied about it because we had to recall them back a second time and had to hound them to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JOE!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!!! They are not straight up and are unprofessional!!!

Our experience with Lime Painting was exceptional. Talia, our representative, was a pleasure to work with. The work itself was well-done, timely and right on budget. Happy to recommend them for future painting needs.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

I highly recommend Palo Verde Painting! They did a fantastic job on the exterior as well as the interior walls and kitchen cabinets. The owner was incredibly helpful and honest when it came to choosing colors. Thank you for all your help!

CertaPro was amazing to work with! They came out and took detailed photos and notes of the interior painting we wanted and were very responsive. The painter who came out did an incredible job and was very friendly! He did some drywall repair and painted the main spaces of our interior a white color we picked out, as well as did three accent walls in our home. It made such a huge difference and our home looks so beautiful and updated. I highly recommend working with CertaPro!

All team members were very polite and constantly stayed in touch with us providing progress reports. They did a thorough job and completed the job on time. One minor issue I found after they left. They sprayed a small part of our orange tree and did not tell me. I didn't really have an issue with it but thought they should have mentioned it to me. The tree is 15 feet away from the closes point on the house so I am sure it was during prep work that it happened. I was referred to them by friends and they were to be sent a gift card but I have not heard that our friends got their gift yet. Over all a very good job and I would refer them to anyone.
