After living in Phoenix for 20+ years and dealing with many contractors, I can say with 100% honesty, that Tru-Line Painting is the ONLY painting contractor that I deal with that delivers the highest quality job on all my painting needs – whether exterior or interior. I have never had one problem with Randy [owner] or his crews on the various projects we have contracted his company to do.

I just wrapped having the exterior of my home repainted [August 2016]. The project was scheduled for 3 days, but Randy’s team was able to complete in 2 full days. It was nice to see so many of the same people that painted some interior rooms for me a couple of years ago, still with Randy’s company. That not only shows the type of company Tru-Line Painting is, but how Randy values all of the members of his team.

When it comes to painting – exterior or interior, the most important part of the job for me is ensuring clean, crisps lines with the paint and that the painting areas are kept neat and clean throughout the process…Tru-Line Painting nails this every single time!

This is our 5th time using J&M. They are always fantastic! This time, they painted our garage walls and did an epoxy floor. They definitely went above and beyond all our expectations. Even our neighbors commented on our professional and clean the crew was! We could not have asked for a better experience and magnificent outcome! We can not thank them enough and will always recommend them to everyone we know.

I wish I could give the job they did 5 stars, but the customer service provided to us throughout the transaction marred our experience significantly. During the initial estimate we were told we may need a third coat, but it was not factored in, nor were we given a possible range. We should have questioned this earlier, as we were charged 30% of the initial estimate for a third coat, even after we were told we paid the final job amount on their last day of work. On top of that, the second estimator was unintentionally stressing out one of our dogs and would not leave the room when my husband asked him to. The work itself went very smoothly. The workers were diligent, polite, and did a wonderful job with our walls and ceilings.

When my husband tried to discuss the multiple miscommunications regarding the estimates, the third coat, and a few other minor things, the project manager kept diverting the subject and was only interested in collecting the rest of our payment. In short, we were very happy with the paint job, but completely baffled and frustrated with the customer service. They charged us way more than the estimate despite their website's promise that they don't! I'm conflicted. They are extremely nice on the phone and have a talented team, but were completely unwilling to discuss or compromise when we clearly had a dispute. At the same time, they couldn't even keep their own numbers straight, so we were charged three times. Yikes. If you go with them, ask a lot of questions and ask them if the estimate is final, or you may feel overcharged, even if the work is good. (Edited to be more succinct)

Mike and his AMAZING crew at Titan completed my condo complex and I couldn't have asked for a better company and crew! They were on time everyday and worked very hard to get it done within the time frame. Very friendly crew and always asked questions and followed up to ensure everything was getting done right. I highly recommend Titan!!
