They made sure to do a high quality job and you can tell they care about their work and about customer service. I definitely recommend using this company.

We had our tile done by AZ Floors and had major problems with the installation.

We had to beg Robert to fix it. They fought us every step of the way and still only fixed a fraction of the dozens of hollow-spot tiles, despite Robert’s promise to “make it right”. He personally guaranteed we would never have any cracks and offered a “lifetime warranty”.

I called recently to ask them to repair a broken tile and was informed that there's no such thing as a lifetime warranty and was denied help.
