We had a great experience working with Urban Customs. Heath and Rachel were very responsive and worked with us on the detailing of our stairs to make sure we had a desirable and cost-effective finished product. Heath was very easy to work with and efficient with the install. He left the house in a clean and livable condition at the end of each day. We are very happy with the process and final product.

AK Brands is a fantastic company. Ali and his team did such a great job tiling our entire house two years ago and we liked them so much that we hired them to do our master bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier. The room looks fantastic and it was done on time. As with all remodels there were some issues but Ali and Tony took them in stride and did a wonderful job.

Not only did we receive quality carpet but we got remarkable customer service. The carpet came in two weeks early, when we had a family emergency they rescheduled our installation with no issues, the installers were early, polite, unbelievably fast, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Would recommend without hesitation.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

I had a good appointment to get a quote and they seemed high quality but I was not willing to pay the high price.

I had first chosen Express Floors after attending the Arizona Home and Garden Show out at Cardinal Stadium. After doing further research I had concerns with all the complaints Express Flooring had on the BBB website. I made some calls had other contractors come out and after meeting Heath and discussing what we wanted to do we decided and felt more comfortable using AAA Hardwood.
The professionalism, speed, and courteousness of the team that performed the work was impressive. I would recommend using AAA Hardwood.

I contacted a number of garage epoxy floor companies for my approximately 800 square foot garage in Scottsdale. I selected First Class Coating for several reasons including cost, experience and professionalism. Eric from First Class clearly explained my various options and concisely answered my many questions. They were timely and efficient in completing the work. I am extremely happy with the job they did, and trust me I am not an easy person to please. We had a wonderful experience with Shop Save & Floor. The estimate and service was provided by experts, who had a good reputation in Mesa. They were all-around excellent. The team members were very responsive and communicative. They always provided us with the information we needed to make our decision on the flooring material that we wanted to install on our property. The installation process went smoothly and efficiently as well!

I contacted vendor via internet and they responded quickly to set up appointment. The process was painless over a four day period. The sales person was on time. Installer did a great job moving furniture, removing old carpet and installing new. Of course there was paint touch up as usual. The install department called for follow up which was nice. Hoping carpet lasts and vendor holds up there end of the deal with warranty if needed.
