We hired Camelback Concrete Solutions to repair our driveway, walkway, and repair concrete cracks. From start to finish, we were quite delighted with the service. They were really knowledgeable and provided us with a reasonable estimate for the job. They kept us updated throughout the process, and communication was simple. The staff was efficient and paid close attention to detail. After they were finished, they even replenished the soil and power cleaned the driveway. Definitely recommend.

We knew we had a corner of our house with lots of cracks, so we called Ram Jack to assess the problem. Tim M. came out, took pictures and talked to us about what needed to be done. He was very thorough and scheduled a team to come down to do a survey of the whole house. A week later Tim M. was back to go over the survey and explain what was going on. He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and what the timeline was to be. He was very easy to work with, and put our minds at ease that our home would be safe when the work was finished, as well as transferable to the next owners should we sell in the future.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. Thank you to everyone at American Epoxy, starting from the first initial call I made, everyone was very professional, courteous and upfront, they didn’t play any games. I did extensive research on all the competitive companies in the area and felt most comfortable, and best bang for my buck going with the quality work American Epoxy preformed. I live in California, so for me the work was done satellite, something very important to me is when someone gives you there word and actually follows through. I wish more people and companies followed through on there word and guaranteed there work, my neighbor was so impressed with there work, American Epoxy has already earned another customer, if you are thinking about coating your garage or customizing your home, give American Epoxy a call, I am a very hard customer to please, and these guys far exceeded my expectations, thank you again to everyone at American Epoxy.

I needed a floor for an aircraft hangar in Arizona that would stand up to fairly heavy use, have some traction if wet and would not be affected by lots of sunlight (ultra-violet) when the door was open. Eric took the time to meet with me, explain the various types of coatings and go over the options. I looked at several other options, but Eric's was by far the best choice for me. During the process, Eric was always available and answered my questions right away.
the work was done on time and at the agreed price. Their quote was not the lowest, but they were the best choice based on service and types of coatings available.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!
