First, I never write reviews. Second, I seldom refer people to friends and family. Third, I am doing both of these for Eric, as he did a First Class job on my garage floor. From the time I first called Eric until he was completed with the job, he remained in contact with me and was responsive to my text messages. I did not shop around, as I could tell Eric knew what he was doing and gave me a very competitive price. He stayed on schedule, and even pitched in one day when one of his workers called in sick. He took many extra steps to ensure my floor looks great, and it does. I would recommend Eric and First Class Coatings to anyone looking for an awesome garage floor.

It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
