How refreshing to come across an honest business! I called First Class Coatings today and spoke with the owner, Eric, to find out about getting a quote to do metallic epoxy for my bonus room. After explaining how the room would be used (game room/workout room and now home office), he advised that even with the best product and application the epoxy would be prone to scratching and was not the best solution for an interior home space. He went further to explain why and suggested that I consider tile instead. Thank you Eric for saving me time and future headaches, I picked up tile samples today!

We had a great experience with American Epoxy Arizona! Xhesika came to the house with such an abundance of positive energy you can tell she loves what she does. She measured the garage, thoroughly explained the epoxy application process and explained what to expect (how long does installation take, when can you move items back in, when can cars be parked in garage, etc). We discussed the color options and Xhesika provided an estimate the same day. I had also called two other companies to provide estimates although once I met Xhesika I knew I wanted to go with AEA. She was proactive in coordinating a time that would work with my schedule and communicated several times as our installation date was approaching. She was so responsive. I felt like I was her most important customer. On installation day I met Adam. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very hard working. Due to a delay in another job the same day, our job started a bit later than expected. Adam worked efficiently all afternoon with Xhesika joining him later in the day and they both worked to nearly 8pm to get part 1 of our job complete. Adam came back the next morning with a few crew members to complete part 2 of our the job. Our 28 yr old garage floor looks amazing! Adam and Xhesika’s work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. I also love that this is a family business. Nothing but good things to say about this company from the salesman, owners, foreman and employees. The employees that did the resurfacing of our pool deck and patios and outdoor kitchen not the only they did a good job installing their product but also knew all the ins and outs of the product they were installing. Once they were done installing the flooring they came back the next day and cleaned up the pool and any debris that went outside of the Resurfacing areas. I highly recommend this company to work with! Five stars to the actual team that worked on our project.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
