Here are just a few things the two kind brothers who own this family business did for me, above and beyond a great hardwood flooring installation:

- Ken (the sales brother) went to three different wholesalers searching for wood to match my existing, discontinued wood, then brought over the samples.
- Van (the install brother) created a customized fit for the floors after finding an unexpected quirk in my flooring that would have otherwise been a pricey fix. He also fixed my curtain rod just because he noticed it needed fixed. Ha! Days after the job I noticed a weird area in one of the carpet tucks and he was there the next morning to fix it. He also left a scratch refill pen for me just in case.
-Saved me money by reinstalling the molding after floor installation. I don’t know, I’ve heard some companies hassle you about this or make you buy new stuff.

It was very apparent that these three “professionals” were true experts and very experienced, which eased our worries as new home owners taking on such a huge financial project. The team finished the project on time per our agreed upon project schedule, with no negative issues to report. It turned out amazing!!! Attention to detail is a strong point for these three workers, in our opinion. From start to finish, nothing was over looked and they constantly communicated with us to keep us up to date on their daily progress.
