We hired First Stop Flooring to remove our old flooring, repair the totally out of level sub flooring and install all new luxury vinyl plank flooring. They had come highly recommended to us by more than one friend. I had friends and family that did not understand why we needed this done. Well, they had not tripped over uneven planks, noticed the quarter inch holes in numerous areas and the small red permanent stains in various spots. They were just plain cheap looking and low quality.
But boy have they noticed the difference now with the new floors. They are gorgeous. There were no surprises on the invoice, the installers were terrific and Kenny our sales rep was just about the nicest person you will ever meet.
Cheers to this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing high quality flooring.

This summer monsoons caused water damage to several of our carpeted rooms. We took this opportunity to extend tile throughout the entire level, and from RFP to final inspection signoff, Nick Kolzou consistently validated our choice to go with Toscani Flooring. Nick personally inspected the project daily to assess the (high quality) work, as well as check in with us to ensure we were comfortable. He even took the time to educate us on maintenance of our flooring to ensure we'll get the most life from it. I would not hesitate in the least to use Nick and Toscani for our future tile needs! We are Super satisfied with the carpet and the installation we received from ReSource Arizona, The salesman Dan Young was really great, he stayed in there with us through many changes and brought much knowledge and experience to the table. I appreciated his professionalism and his thoroughness meeting with me on several occasions to explain the details and secure our desires for a finished product.
