Oh my goodness. I talked to Autumn over the phone and she was so helpful. She is so patient with me when I have questions and was able to get me started on my process quickly . Autumn so awesome ! She is amazing. Her voice sends shivers down my spine .

We had 5 windows replaced. The men that installed them were polite, professional, and friendly. They did beautiful work and made sure to clean up all areas they worked in after the installation was complete. since having Power Home Remodeling Windows put it my Kitchen, Bathroom, and back bedroom look brighter and feel warmer. I am looking forward to getting the rest of the windows in my house replaced in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say. I had an old dishwasher hardwired in and I wanted an outlet. Not only did Able install an outlet, he put the power cord on my new dishwasher for me. He also fixed my closet light. It didn't take him long at all and I'm so happy!!

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
