I recently had the pleasure of having Residential Flooring completely upgrade my home's flooring. I was absolutely amazed by their professionalism and the quality of the work. They were friendly, punctual, and did a great job. I was so impressed by the end result that I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home's flooring.

My complex uses this company to replace carpets in the units. They showed up a day early unannounced, left before I could get home from work, and never came back on the day they were scheduled. We were scheduled for them to come on a weekend and when we called they said they are closed. This company is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Ciprian did a great job with our lamanent flooring in our living room, family room, bedroom, master closet, and he even put it on our stairs. He was very professional and done in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by going to the store to ensure that they ordered the correct stair nose after initially receiving wrong product.

A flooring company should be like Home Solutionz! They truly amazed us. Very knowledgeable, carefully considered our needs, and patiently guided us through all the possibilities. I'm very impressed with my new floor. Amazing service

A designer friend recommended at Home Solutionz - Laveen for our floor remodel and said he would get us a designer discount when it was time to make our final choices. Wonderful selection of options in the showroom and nice big samples to look at which I loved. We went with 2 tone French oak with matching Herringbone for the entrance and powder room. The price was on the high side but as expected these guys sell a quality product and we did get 15% from our designer so it worked out!

The Father and Son team have helped us on multiple projects and we haven't had a single issue in all this time. They are clean, punctual and, fairly priced . To be honest as I'm writing this review there's another project in the works with these guys

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!

I contacted Phoenix Floors and spoke to Victor and Mario for my house flooring project and honestly I am super excited to have these guys do the install. Obviously I shopped around and called many places but when I called this company I was very satisfied with their price and products. Honest and reliable

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Father/son team are friendly and trust worthy. They were wonderful and flexible to work with, hard working and fast, finished the project earlier than anticipated and slightly under budget!
I wish they did more than flooring- I’d have them redo my entire house!
