Best Hardwood Floor in Phoenix AZ

A All-Rite Floor Covering Inc Flooring Contractor
All Rite Flooring was the sub contractor on a restoration project for my bathroom. While there were some issues with the work, Michael made sure everything was addressed and corrected with no hassle. Pleased with the work done and how great he was to work with.

Got Wood Floors Flooring Contractor
My Residential flooring contractor was very meticulous and made sure the job was done correctly. He took the time to ensure that the floor was level and properly fitted, and that all the edges were flawless. I'm quite happy with the outcome because the final product was exactly what I desired.

Phoenix Wood Flooring Services Flooring Contractor
We had laminate flooring done through this company along with baseboard installation and also wood stairs. Ciprian the installer is wonderful, he walked us through all the steps and gave us a short time frame and a low price. Job was pretty big and he finished early. We were pleasantly surprised when we got home to see how much progress he had made. I highly recommend him. The precision of the cuts and finished product make him one of, if not THE BEST wood flooring installer in the Phoenix area. I look forward to hire him for future jobs. You should too! He's that good! Give him a call and see for yourself.

Home Solutionz - Laveen Flooring Contractor
A designer friend recommended at Home Solutionz - Laveen for our floor remodel and said he would get us a designer discount when it was time to make our final choices. Wonderful selection of options in the showroom and nice big samples to look at which I loved. We went with 2 tone French oak with matching Herringbone for the entrance and powder room. The price was on the high side but as expected these guys sell a quality product and we did get 15% from our designer so it worked out!

ReSource Arizona Flooring Contractor
Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

We needed to redo the floors in our whole house, ~1500 square feet. Half with vinyl and the rest (bedrooms) in carpet. This job was a nightmare and months later we are still living with disruption from it.The business model sets the customer up for failure. There is no core team that does all the work. The company makes money by hiring subcontractors to do large jobs for small amounts of money and through their sales force which upcharges you with car-salesmen-type tactics. We thought we were paying extra for service, convenience, and a good warranty, but have been failed on all accounts. We paid them to level our whole house (which they said was a $9000 service) and they only leveled half of it and were going to cover up the un-leveled area with carpet without telling us. When we realized what was going on we tried multiple times a day to get ahold of management (first we were ghosted for 5 days (though it takes seconds to get to the salesperson), then had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with their warranty guy) their primary strategy was gaslighting, and according to the warranty guy, it was fine for them to breach the agreement *because they typically charged more so we couldn’t complain*.EF also did not clean our house as agreed on, did not move furniture as agreed, and they left a huge scratch in the new vinyl in the middle of our living room that the subcontractors have already rescheduled at least 7 times with us late on the day of (causing us to miss a number of days of work) and when we called them out on it the subcontractor started calling in sick. They almost caused a plumbing clog by washing concrete down our sink but fortunately we were able to fix it.They’ve cost us about 20 extra phone calls, multiple days of missed work and time spent waiting for the contractors who never showed up, $550 in extending our motel and hiring cleaners and movers to finish the job express flooring agreed to do, and have been very unprofessional throughout this whole process. The saleswoman Kim did all her calculations by hand on the calculator and would not write down her work and calculations or an itemized list of expenses, and just came up with a magical “this is the price for everything,” but it only applies while I am here at your house. Only after asking multiple times did she send us a very rough list by email. A number of times she would say, “I have to go to my car and call my boss” and magically come back with an offer that was somewhat lower. At one point she “accidentally” switched digits right before having us sign the contract that would have added a few hundred dollars to her commission. We asked them to come out and fix the HUGE 10 foot scratch they left in the middle of the living room (I think they pushed our piano over it), and the subcontractors prioritized new jobs over us so they cancelled the fix-it job the day-of literally 5 times (after my husband took the time off work to stay home so they could get it done) until the 3rd time we pointed this out to management and even then they called in sick another I think 2 times before we finally got them begrudgingly in the house to fix the scratch (and we had to double check their work to make sure they fixed the whole scratch too)When we showed the shoddy work to other contractors (handymen and the flooring guy at home depot) they were shocked but said this unfortunately was similar to what they’d heard about EF in general. I’m still scrubbing the footprints off the floor and the concrete splashed on our previously newly painted walls, I’m out an extra $500 for cleaners, piano movers (they didn’t move it to the right room), and it was a huge stress on us, our jobs, and our baby to be left in the lurch and having to extend our motel stay by another week.

Empire Today® - Phoenix, AZ Flooring Contractor
I feel bad about sharing this with the public, but I have not heard back from Empire after writing to their customer service department and speaking directly to my sales person.I was scheduled to have three bedrooms and a sitting area carpeted. I moved all of the smaller stuff the night before. I was still unsure of my appointment time. I was told I would know a day before if it was a morning or afternoon appointment. I got up very early, and received a call from Empire. The carpet contractors that were supposed to handle my appointment did not show up at the 'docks' to get my carpet. The woman explained that they would need to come to my home the next day. About an hour later, she called and said they could be there by 10:30am.One person came to my home with the carpet and padding- just one. I spent my morning with him, moving the larger items. It was difficult for me, but I had no choice. The person they sent, spent the day, doing this job by himself. At 6:30pm, I had to ask him to finish what he could, I needed to go to work. He was able to finish the carpet, but nothing else. Not the clean up, or putting my furniture back where it belonged. I called Empire to discuss and received no call back. I called my sales person - nothing. I had to move 3 bedrooms and a sitting room by my self. I am 5]'4' and weigh 100 lbs. This was over the top difficult. After calling, writing and calling again, I have heard NOTHING from Empire today - its disgusting that I would be treated like this. This job was not completed. I spent 3 days trying to get my house back in order.I think that the person they sent did his very best. He told me he always works with a partner - not on that day. I feel that I am owed and I expect some attention from Empire. I need my faith renewed. I had high hopes for having the rest of my home completed.
