Norna was very helpful in identifying what would be needed, how much it would cost, and scheduling me as soon as possible. I received regular reminders of my appointment and on the day, the friendly technician, Alex arrived on time and worked quickly. My gate is now better than ever: sturdy, smooth open/close, and it looks better too. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a beautiful new Diamond Iron wrought iron fence with a wide gate that swings out to the golf course. It took longer, given the support wall
had to be repaired and re-stuccoed by a separate block crew, a project in itself, so the old fence had to come down for the length of that project.
Diamond Iron knew at once that I would need a temporary chain link fence, as we have a pool that would have created a safety hazard. So that
was the first thing they brought without me even asking. Given there were so many phases, I had the chance to meet many of the different crew members individually. Every single one of them was respectful, showed up on time, worked very hard work and just wanted to please. Given anything and everything that can go wrong in a complex project in this day and time, we had a couple of hiccups. In this day and time, when anything and everything can go wrong, what you often see is the company glossing things over and you just hang on for the ride. Not with this company. When we had a hiccup, the Controller of Diamond Iron, Vanessa Lindley handed the President of Diamond Iron, Chris Blauvelt a note from me. Four hours later, Chris was at my door to see for himself how he would move things along. Now that never happens, in this day and time.

They were right on time with the quote and the follow up installation. The quality of my gate is superb. The installers were very professional and polite. All in all the company was a pleasure doing business with.

Our Golf Course lot had a 140 foot iron fence blow over during a wind storm. Busting concrete blocks and snapping the iron fence. I called several fence companies that only wanted to install new fence. Then finally I found Western Fence and was delighted to hear they would 1. Remove old rusted, bent fencing 2. Replace and repair broken concrete blocks 3. Install custom fit posts and iron fencing (that was much stronger than my old fencing) 4. Paint new concrete blocks and paint new iron fencing the color specified by my HOA. The 3 groups of workers that spent time at my house were Clean, Professional, Polite, and did an excellent job. I could tell they took pride in their work. I am so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Western Fence to anyone.

Bought a 10 year old pool fence and had DCS powder coat it before I installed it. I just did a clean up on it before I sent it to him and when I got it back it looked like a new fence! Saved me thousands over a new fence. My only mistake was that I did not have his crew install it. It took me forever to do it in my spare time and after having him do a beautiful RV gate for me I am thinking his crew would have installed the fence in hours...

They did a great job on my pool fence repair. Bob was very responsive, and was able to assess the fence and provide a quote within a couple days. The fence was repaired professionally. Highly recommend.

This company was very quick to respond to my residential inquiry and was happy to provide a quote. Once the details and price was verified, Block Fence of Phoenix offered their services within a few weeks and came out to my home for a more detailed measurement, in the middle of the summer. My block wall was finished in two days, and 3 fences were installed 3 days later. Their work was very professional looking and even had my neighbors coming over to ask who did the construction. This company has poor customer service. Made my initial call and spoke to their estimator, but never received the quote. I've called 4 different times to request this information and never got any calls returned. Wasted too much time with this company for a job that could of been completed already.

Called twice to get a price, left messages, no call back. Great service...lol
