How often do you come across a person of honestly and trust? Well Juan, the owner of Sereno Fence, is one of those people. He came on a Saturday, diagnosed what the problem, and said that he could come back on Monday and fix it, or I could do it myself today by getting the parts at a hardware store. Juan went throught the steps of how I can do it myself. He did not charge me a penny, refused to accept payment because he did not do a repair. I recommend this company without any reservations.

As an out of state contractor, time is important to me. I don't want to spend a bunch of time waiting for materials or searching for parts. I was in need of a gate for an add-on to a project. I called many of the local Phoenix fence companies and they weren't very helpful or didn't call me back. American Fence was both helpful AND they had everything I needed in one stop. My salesman David was very knowledgeable and thorough. Their yard was clean, paved and organized. I am sitting at my desk in California writing this today because American Fence had the gate I needed IN STOCK so I could finish the project and get home for the Memotial Day weekend. Todd was professional during his visit and his knowledge is awesome. I was glad I took his advice and opinions on my RV privacy gate because they ended up better than the ones I showed him for examples. He has also implemented standards on his gates that surpass any other companies that I looked at. Installation was as scheduled and was very quick and professional. 1 board had a minor scratch on it that I did not even see but THE CREW NOTICED and they scheduled to come back to replace it and did just that. I'm very impressed with the sales and service, but even more so with the gate. So impressed that I had him do another matching gate on an inside the yard dividing wall that I was not planning on doing. It is nice having the nicest gate in the neighborhood! If I ever move I will definitely be calling DCS if I don't love the new home gates!

We had a fence installed around our pool two years ago. Recently the latch wouldn't close and I couldn't fix it myself. Called and the next day they were out and not only fixed it but gave a tutorial on how to make adjustments in case it happens again. Awesome service and on time! Thank you!

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

Pool fence didn't hold up for even a year before major problems started (completely rusted through, misaligned locks, etc). Tried multiple times to contact Scott Dibbles / Ironman (calls / voicemails / emails) and received absolutely no response. They wouldn't even respond to tell me what kind of paint was used!

Well after some of those storms it finally did my fence in and my insurance company told me to get 3 bids to replace it. Arizona Fence came in the middle for estimates and my insurance company would only pay me the least priced bid. Mike was able to match the price and installed a real nice

High quality and very professional

Good job with the pony wall; but now there are at least four places where the blocks are actually loose and in danger of falling completely off. I can't get them to come out and fix the problem. Promises, excuses and lies seem to be the norm. I just don't understand how a business can fall short in customer service and fixing something that they screwed up.
