Good customer service. Knowledgeable, personable service tech (Alex) who listened well to what I wanted and acted on it. Gate was quickly repaired. I asked about getting an HOA-ready gate replacement estimate and Alex took measurements and explained my options and hurdles (which can all be addressed). He committed to getting me an estimate in the coming days. I look forward to receiving it, knowing in the meantime, our gate is now working well, so no rush. 5-stars.

Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Had them install an entry gate. Not a cheap one. They were suppose to return for some follow up stucco patching and paint removal. Never came back. So make sure you have them do everything before you pay them in full!!!!They finally returned, looks good.

DCS pool barriers has come out to our house and fixed our fence where we had rusting twice. They have given us a full replacement quote and repair quotes. They have ended up just repairing the rusted out poles. They have done a great job for a good price. We are pleased with the work that they do. One of the employees Art is a really nice guy and does a great job. He is thoughtful try his best not to disturb and paving or irrigation areas. I highly recommend DCS to anyone who wants to work with an honest, reasonable, and reliable company.

Bob was amazing. The pool fence he provided us is perfect. Bob and his crew were extremely professional and clean. They removed old fence, poured new footings, installed new fence and gate. Then they came back and painted it a color we wanted. The work was perfect! The fence they provided us is better quality then other estimates we received for the same price. No hassle. Amazing! As an an out of town rental owner, it's hard to find a company that you can trust from hundreds of miles away. I was able to find Security Garage Door on the internet and was able to connect them with my property manager Top Property Shop out of Glendale. I spoke with Charlie from the Security Garage Door office, and was able to have someone come out and check a rusted fence within a day. Since I had prospective tenants looking at my property the following week, they were able to get in-and out quickly and were able to scheduled the work right away. I'd recommend Security Garage Door to anyone who needs Garage Door Repair or even fence repair.

John and the fellas built an awesome custom fence for us. We needed locks and push bar openers and they did everything perfectly! Would highly recommend Pinnacle Fencing Solutions to anyone needing a new fence or repairs. Will definitely use them again.

I cannot comment on their work because we were supposed to have a fence installed tomorrow but that won’t be happening.

Deposit paid and job scheduled over 3 weeks ago, I called to get a timeframe for our install that was scheduled for tomorrow. I was informed the mesh for our fence hasn’t arrived so our job won’t be installed as scheduled and they weren’t able to give me an estimate of when the materials will arrive or the job completed.

Horrible customer service, I will be requesting a refund of our deposit and taking our business elsewhere. Especially disappointing since we were referred to this company by a close friend.

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.

We were referred by another business that had Fence Builders of Arizona do their wrought iron security fencing for their dog facility and were very happy. We contacted several fence companies and these guys were the best! Best ideas, best service and communication and the price was very fair. We love our fence and would recommend Fence builders to anyone.
