Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

It isn't just tile—everything must line up and look clean and crisp. Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation?

Bootleggers! What a wonderfully fun and fantastic meal! Loved every morsel of the appetizers and our dinner! The wait staff is friendly and attentive. While we were there, several families with children were there enjoying dinner and there were some people at the bar side. Highly recommend going here if you are in the area!

We purchased a beautiful slab of granite and they installed it. we absolutely loved it and the overall experience was great. Everyone that came by to measure and install were courteous, professional and clean.

Signature Kitchen & Bath just finished a complete kitchen remodel for me and I absolutely love my new kitchen! Brady (Project Manager) was excellent at keeping me updated about the everything with the whole remodel. Right before demo day I decided I wanted to tile the entire house instead of just the kitchen, Brady came out to measure and let me know that they would be able to add that to the remodel. All the people that were in my house during the remodel were polite, professional and always took the time to explain any specific things I needed to be aware of the next day. As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!
