Best Kitchen And Bathroom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

They remodeled our 80's master bath to a beautiful modern one. They also took part of our guest room to make a huge walk in the pantry. They also made our galley kitchen into a larger kitchen with a large island. They timed the kitchen, which was the largest project, so that from the demolition to complete new kitchen was only about 6 weeks. All are gorgeous and they were completely professional and extremely thorough. I think it took longer to work with the designer on the actual design and making all the selections. They are totally wonderful to work with and would recommend this company for any interior changes you may be considering.

Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

I would hire PJH Construction again. We did have some little issues, but with good communication we were able to happily continue.
The tile, plumbing and electrical work is exceptional. Overall, the best remodel experience to date.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

Couldn't be any happier. Conor arrived on time, worked efficiently, was extremely professional and courteous. Took the time to explain every detail and his work is amazing. Installed 3 new ceilings with all new wiring and replaced my bathroom fans. Great attention to detail! Highly recommended!

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Adam and his install team and PM, Beth, were professional, on time and exhibited pride in everything thing they did. We had the back splash replaced, all kitchen cabinets refaced, repainted and new soft close drawers and hinges added. The outcome was gorgeous! Very obvious these guys know what they are doing. This is a long and overdue review of Designer Remodeling. They were recommended by our general contractor who was building an addition to our home. We needed someone to construct and install a new master closet, a second bedroom closet, and a storage closet. In addition we wanted professional built-in bookcases with some carpentry details in a Den. All of this required custom design and fabrication. And attention to details. We met with Neil, the owner, at his shop in Phoenix. While most of their displays were for kitchen remodeling Neil showed us his work floor and said they could build anything. And he was correct. We iterated with his designer to get the right mix of clothes hanging areas, drawers of different heights to include narrow ones suitable for jewelry and a variety of deep ones for clothing. We wanted to utilize the space from floor to ceiling and they designed doors on storage cabinets to hide contents. We had a very specific look in mind and they achieved it. The installation process was amazing since this was a 35 year old home with plaster walls and very few right angle corners. Neil's installers were able to on-site cut and adjust custom headers and side pieces that fit the space perfectly. Installation was done in three major waves to work with the completion of different parts of the addition construction. At all times Neil was accessible by phone and his workers took pride in what they were doing. Given the amount of custom work, fabrication, wood staining, our costs through our general contractor were quite reasonable. The important thing was were got exactly what we wanted in terms of quality and functionality. We can not imagine a better outcome.
