Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

I have never been more pleased with today's shower reconstruction. Both Brandon H. and Charlie L. were fabulous. They demonstrated knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, and personality. They deserve more than 5 stars for their quality of work. What an asset to the company!

I enjoyed the experience of working with Luxury Remodels. A professional organization starting with an excellent design team who stands by the product they produce. Not easy to find. Quotes were given on a timely basis, and I was always informed of any change in pricing, which needed to be approved prior to completion.

Please, avoid this company for windows. On a previous home, we used one of their top competitors, window world. So this review is unbiased and from both sides.Power may have a superior build due to certain features that truly don’t matter, but they’re not far ahead. 1) There is absolutely no tint. Don’t be fooled and lied to. Window World comes with a tint ( called green, doesn’t look it ) that is exceptional. It doesn’t look odd from the outside and from inside you can’t notice. It’s wonderful. I’m a submarine veteran and hate feeling enclosed. I told the salesperson and manager of this and was ensured there was a tint like Window World’s. It’s pure see through window. That’s not horribly wrong; it’s simply not what I wanted or was promised. 2) The sliding windows -that’s are side to side- come with a screen that isn’t able slide; it’s pops out. They won’t tell you this because the model window is a double hung that does slide. It’s really more of an annoyance than anything. The window installer will make it seem like this cool feature but it’s not. 3) One of their selling points is that they use their “own” workers for installations, unlike Window World, so you can ensure a quality installation. That’s false. They hire contractors just like Window World. Some of them work in pairs for each company. 4) The cleanup was horrible and we didn’t realize until the next day. The windows had all types of dirt in them. The inside of the home was dusty on all of our belongings, especially in the kids’ rooms. 5) They are more expensive but the window isn’t of some greater quality that warrants the price difference. My master bathroom was remodeled. They did an excellent job and were very neat and always cleaned up after finishing each day. Workmanship was excellent and kept me updated daily. I highly recommend them and they went above and beyond.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!
