Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn’t seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. One of the many indications they really care about each home they touch. Thank you, Jeremy, Ben and Mark (in no particular order ?) and to your crew for everything! We are so happy with the care you gave our home and for the many extras you did just because.

I had the pleasure of working with holtzman home improvement a few months ago. They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. The trades are amazing, professional and clean, they made sure everything was done right until the end. I can truly say I recommend them to anyone who wants to update their living space. 5stars.

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

New Pella windows installed today. 19 windows installed in just one day. They are gorgeous. The installers were professional, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. They did step by step and informed us what was happening throughout the whole process. Walked us through our inspection of the completed job, showed us how the windows work and what to watch out for. Scheduling an appointment for my tree to be trimmed was easy and efficient. They showed up on time and were so thorough that they alerted me to an issue with some rotting on our tree. Grateful for their service and expertise.

Advertised one price that included materials, finishing and installation. $1,000 minimum. When I spoke with a young lady on the phone, after describing what I needed done, she started throwing out $800, for the materials and $1,200 for labor. When I asked about their website, she said that was wrong.
I don't like being lied to. I don't like being played for a fool.
I will never do business with this bunch of dishonest people.
Looks like they have changed their website.
Don't care. Never shopping with them again.

A cheat and an embezzler. Cheated us of 14000 dollars.Took money, never did work.
