Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

Gregg was amazing!! He was on time and very professional. He was probably the best handy man I have ever encountered while living in Scottsdale. He was the type of guy who was able to see my vision and offer me a solution. He was really detailed oriented and understood the symmetry I was looking for and how I wanted everything to be installed. He worked really fast and I was impressed how he made sure he cleaned up and I was also impressed how he used painters tape to make sure he was aligning everything correctly. He installed a access door for my Cad 5 lines, shoe rack inside my closet door, heavy curtains, shelves over my toilet, my dyson in my garage and among other items. He added a outlet for my Dyson that was hung inside my garage. I will certainly use them again for mounting my tv and other items. They are worth the money and they guarantee their work. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

I needed some bathroom shower tile repair work done. I talked to lots of companies and contractors, but either they didn't really know what to do or didn't want to do the work at all. That's when I lucked out with Arizona Home. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything, and most of all honest. It turned out we discovered there were a lot more issues with the shower that needed to be addressed before anything else, and Branden went over everything with me before doing anything I didn't need to waste my time/money on. Very pleased with prompt communication from Derek, he sent John out to give me an estimate; but I got so much more, a lot of new ideas about how to solve a limited space problem. The washing machine I purchased was too deep for the laundry space available. (Other contractor insisted I needed a wall extension with new framing & drywall) John suggested an alternate arrangement of hoses & cords! We squeezed an extra inch and a half out of the space allowing him to hang new doors and trim the space without new drywall, paint & extensive carpentry. Non- smoker, quick, quiet & clean; but John's willingness to think outside the box was the winning quality. Very pleased, will hire them again & tell my friends.

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him.
