The entire staff has been incredibily professional through our entire remodel process. I want to specifically call out Will Stubblefield. Will joined Holtzman a couple days before our project started. We were so lucky that he was our project manager. His communication was tremendous. He was always very honest with us. Will always had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to ensure our project moved along smoothly. He was always available anytime we had a question. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Honest and reliable

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

Excellent customer Service

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

We have now had a pantry and 3 closets designed by Kaelin from Closets by Design. Every time they have been spot on and ready with their projected install date. Sean G was our installer in my master closet yesterday and he did an AMAZING job. He made suggestions and adjustments as needed, he called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was a great communicator of the process, and Kaelin has already followed up to see how the install went.

We have 2 more closets being completed soon, after another closet company had issues in getting parts - 6 weeks PAST their promised install. That did NOT happen with Closets by Design, they are LOCAL - don't trust companies that have to order pieces - use Closets by Design! I am so glad we found them!!!

The agreed to 3 appointment times. Didn't show up or call. They aren't reliable!
