While there were issues that arose during the process, Project Manager Matthew Rosenbaum, stepped in and made sure everything was completed to my upmost satisfaction. His kindness and understanding, along with his competence and skill insured my home would be restored and all damages repaired with quality and concern.

Juan and Michael were extremely professional and punctual. The two of them were the dream team and they made sure the house was appropriately diagnosed and prepped for reconstruction. Experiencing water damage in your house can be stressful and the two of them worked well around the the plumber, provided reassurance on what steps were being taken, and divulged next steps forthcoming. I would highly recommend using this company and if possible request Juan and Michael to be assigned.

I am a first time home owner, just moved in about 8 months ago. With that being said, EHS Restoration were extraordinary!! Prompted. Polite. Knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Personal contact. It was overall a GREAT experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Cody was truly a great representative of EHS and it was great to see someone WANTING to help, and not just clocked in to get his paycheck. HIGHLY recommended. They work hard...the way you would want someone to work for you. they worked off what the insurance, and they worked to get the ball rolling with the Claim. If....and I REALLY hope not, but IF this happens again....they will get a call from me. Thank you.

They came out 2 weeks ago and said I would have my estimate last Monday. Nothing... I call again Tuesday and they say sorry we will have it by Wednesday. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. I call Thursday and they say Im so sorry I'll give Jason a call, we should have it by Friday Friday comes along and still nothing. I call this Monday and they apologize and say they will check on it and see why they haven't sent the estimate. It is Friday this week and they have lost my business because clearly they do not want it. Terrible logistics and file managment. I'm going with Zona Restoration because they actually send you your estimate the same day they inspected unlike this business
