Best Electric Installation in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Pretty unusual experience with this company. They came out for a house that we are renovating. Their sales pitch is so over-the-top, and the sales person was extremely insistent and was really nervous and it was just a very uncomfortable situation. I was with that guy for two hours in a home that did not have the best air-conditioning. I made it clear that I had to get back to work and also my mom was watching our toddler at home but he just kept on selling and obviously was trying to get me a quote While I was in front of him.

I literally had to just tell him that I had to leave and that he needed to wrap it up, like despite all my not-so-subtle hint he just kept on trying to sell and sell.

I’ve had dozens of people come out to this house and provide bids for various projects. The two other people I had out for windows took less than 20 minutes. Don’t know why this took two hours. He told me it’s pretty standard for it to take three hours.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but this was just a very unprofessional approach.

Highly recommend this company. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We had them upgrade our original, builder-grade electrical outlets and perform other services.

Luxury is willing to work with the client to accommodate any changes or adjustments that may be necessary during the project, prioritize customer satisfaction and be responsive to any concerns or feedback that the client may have.

D&D Construction is a company that I will avoid because no one answers their phone nor call back.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on our recent bathroom/bedroom remodel. They started and finished the project exactly as per contract. The workmanship was professional and the crew was very personable. Neatness counts and they excelled. Thank you, again.

We needed a door on the side of our garage replaced and Greg from Handyman Connection performed the work which was outstanding. He was on time, cleaned up after himself and the quality workmanship was apparent. We have used Handyman Connection several times and would recommend them to anyone.

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what we enjoy working with. We hope to be working with him again soon.

Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! One stop shopping for these services makes life so much easier!

Had them build a simple pergola in the back yard. They did awesome! Took about 3 days to complete including paint

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

Just called the Phoenix phone number posted on their web site from my landline. No answer, not even a voice mail. Dropped call.

Steve hired me he didint pay me for 2 weeks of work and now he says that he doesn't know who i am and has never seen me before well i have all the evidence from when you would send me to jobs and messegas from marcus and steve and all the guys can vouch that i did work for you infact franciscas hous was the last house we worked when you stopped paying us so be ready to hear from me thtough my lawyers
