Attention to detail, arriving on time, ready for work, honest, fair pricing and really great people to be around. Our experience with these guys was great and we feel like we made new friends too. My tile shower, floors, backsplash, fireplace all look awesome! We are glad to answer questions and tell you from some really bad experiences in the past these guys are the real deal. My family and I had a Pinterest vision for our kitchen area. We were unable to find a dream home that met all of our criteria, so remodeling was something we had to do. After getting a few different quotes from different companies, we decided to go with Ben at Signature Kitchen and Bath. His price was not the lowest or highest, but fair. He was able to take care of all of the different trades. Building the custom bench, the painting. Tearing down a wall, updating the drywall, fixing the floors. Verse us having to coordinate all of those different steps to be whole again. We are so pleased with the final product, and would recommend Ben and this company to all friends & family!

DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
