Best Bath Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Mesic Contracting mobile home repair has such integrity. Tim is honest and does fantastic work. He leveled my manufactured home, did tie-downs, repaired the roof that was damaged, and Tim answered all the questions I had on the FHA engineering report. He upgraded where he could. Whenever I need work in the future, I will definitely use his services.

No words can adequately express the incredible, professional, job that Neil and his crew did in our brand new kitchen. Every time someone sees our kitchen, the first words are wow! Mark, the cabinet master, was beyond helpful, listening to our thoughts, and producing a quality product. Neil, the owner, was very personable and always available for any questions we had. Did a tub-to-shower conversion and a shower re-model. Crews were on time and professional. What really impressed me was that the lead man, Alex, tried very hard to make our vision a reality. He also capably addressed unusual circumstances - like a block wall directly behind one of the shower walls with no furring strips. He actually purchased a new tool just to deal with that problem. (Speaking of tools - they use all top-notch Milwaukee equipment. That impressed me.) Alex also provided options and allowed me to select what I was most comfortable with. Offering options inspires customer confidence. This was a big job and Jacuzzi provided adequate staff, including Enrique, Thomas and Josh, all of whom were cheerful and professional at all times. The materials provided and the workmanship were of excellent quality. Our design consultant, Doug, also went the extra mile to address our concerns and requests, and answered most of our e-mails. Ed, our area manager, provided all available discounts and waived a fee normally charged for using a credit card. A couple things that are outside the scope of the local Jacuzzi office bothered me. Although the fixtures, grab bars, and shower doors, (all Jacuzzi brand), were all specified chrome, they don't match. Also, the water line between the control valve and the shower head is PEX; I would have preferred all copper. Jacuzzi is clearly a cut above any contractor with whom we've ever worked. To our way of thinking, the bottom-line price was higher than it should have been, but I suppose one gets what one pays for. I would recommend Jacuzzi without hesitation.

Amazing! We had a very extensive and messy remodel after flood damage in our kitchen. Ron helped the process go smoothly. He helped me every step of the way from picking out granite to working with my insurance company. The final outcome is better than I could have imagined.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. They wither well with my designer and handled all glitches and changes well. I would recommend Luke Bourne and Dwell House to anyone and I plan to use them for my next remodeling needs.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. This company finished on time on scheduled and with in budget. Don't Hire any other company then this company. The best in Arizona by far

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

We reluctantly reached out to Handyman Connection when our home builder, Artisan Builders AZ also known as Win Big Development LLC, refused to fix issues for our home that were (lawyer verified) within our warranty after months of runaround. Although we were originally frustrated spending money in this scenario considering legal assistance would’ve superseded the actual cost of the work, we had a great experience. Greg, the project lead, did a fantastic job at communicating what the required fixes would be, the *freshly* sensitive topic of warranty that Handyman Connect would provide after their work, and what to expect through the 3 day project. When they arrived a few weeks later Zack and Josiah did a fantastic job with the required fixes, accommodating our home schedule for work, and ensuring we were content with the completed work. I am a first-time homeowner and having a general “handyman” available has been something I really wanted to feel comfortable, I feel much better knowing the scope of Handyman Connects portfolio as well as the quality of their service.

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Not on time. Had to wait to get the job finished. They had to come back to fix caulking that looked bad. Still have gaps in the caulking. Sent one person to do a at least two person job. For the price, not satisfied
