We needed a small bathtub removed and large walk in shower installed. Heath, a Senior Design Consultant came to our home and explained all of the available options. He was polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. He explained that due to supply and demand their installations were happening in 6-8 weeks. Heath was able to arrange it so we could have an installation in 3-4 weeks. They came through and our installation occurred 2 week after signing the order. The installers, Max S. and Pablo A. arrived right on time, were professional, courteous, kept communication open, and did an outstanding job on the installation. They were neat and left the area thoroughly cleaned. We will definitely hire again for future remodeling needs.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Greg of Handyman Connections replaced our small garage side door with a standard sized one.
To do so, he had to remove the studs around the old door to make room for the larger one.
He had to purchase a suitable door and then installed it. It took him longer than expected but the job was perfectly done.
When there was a minor problem, he returned right away and corrected it.

We would highly recommend this company. They can do the job right.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
