Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

After a great experience with our designer, Christina, we opted for HHI to tackle our small bathroom remodel. Every step of the project went as expected. They were open and honest with timelines in regards to product delays/demands. Will, our Project Manager, was very responsive to texts or phone calls, even at strange hours of the day. He was as flexible as he could be with our schedule and was always stepping up to the plate for us. Overall the project went as promised and we had a great experience!

I went to their showroom and was really impressed with all that they could do. Tracy was so helpful in my quest to pick out a countertop to go with my floor, walls, and cabinets. I am not good at these things but she is. I love my countertops. I was on a limited budget so could not take advantage of all they offer but what I got I am completely satisfied with. I love my new sink too. The tech that came out to make the template and installers were great, personable, efficient, and very professional while they turned my dream kitchen into a reality. Daniel C. did a great job helping us find the right granite for our kitchen remodel. He was very patient and thorough while we looked through multiple slabs of stone to fine the right ones that would work. He accommodated our tight time schedule so that we could get the work completed as quickly as possible. When he came out to our home to measure, he considered alternative possibilities of stone options to give us the best price available. He answered questions honestly and considerately and called and returned phone calls very quickly. We are very happy with our new kitchen and the granite countertops are the icing on the cake. Jayson, at Mill & Stone, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed a plan that honored the quirky features and floor plan of our 70-year-old house AND modernized it perfectly.

Throughout the 3 month design process and another 3 months of reno/remodeling, Jayson ensured permits and inspections were done properly, problems were solved quickly, subcontractors were on time and did excellent work, and we were always in the loop.

We moved in last week and are delighted with the design, the materials, and the feel of our home. When we’re ready to begin Phase 2 (outdoor work), Jayson will be our first call.

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!

K&B remodeled my entire house and my master bathroom.

Installers did not seal the granite after installing as the owners promised. Also, as a result of cutting the cabinet away for the new farmhouse sink, they left half-inch gaps on both sides of the sink. They did not advise us that gaps would be there based on the design of the existing cabinetry. If they would have suggested this before installing, we would have gotten a different sink. Now it is too late because the granite was cut to accommodate the sink we got. We called the owners to report this, Raul said it WASN’T THEIR FAULT, it’s just the way our cabinets were originally built. I said this was not acceptable and asked if he would allow this in his own house. He told me it will be too expensive to send any workers out to resolve the issue, as it would come out of his own pocket. He recommended I just fill in the gaps with some trim. (Ok, but aren’t I talking to the person I just paid $2300 to resolve issues like this?!). There were several other miscommunications throughout this project, but this review is already long enough. Bottom line: first and LAST time ever using “L&M Granite” or “Home Boost Remodels” (company goes by multiple names). They may be cheaper than other guys, but they are not licensed or bonded and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have any issues with their work you will have zero recourse.
