Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

I recently had Holtzman Home Improvement do an extensive renovation on my primary home in Tempe. Everyone on the team (Ryan, Bruce, Brandon, Danny, and Melanie) was wonderful to work with--very conscientious and they all seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work. Furthermore, their communication was impeccable throughout the duration of the project. I was routinely kept informed about the progress of the remodel and they were always available to answer any questions I might of had. Also--the online portal was an added bonus as I could log on at anytime to check what was on the calendar and also make payments conveniently.

The scope of work included raising the hallway ceiling, a/c work, re-doing the master-bath shower, patching and fixing drywall, replacing or moving lighting and electrical outlets, tile work, plumbing, and removing part of an exterior block wall to install a large new window in the kitchen. The tradesmen from each area: the plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. were all very professional and very thorough in their work.

Overall, I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I would recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to anyone without hesitation. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Custom Creative Remodeling was an excellent company to work with. They were perfect with their timing and getting the job done. The gentleman who installed the kitchen tiles did superb, high quality and precision work. The counter top installers were great, fast and did excellent, high quality work. The installer of the floor tile did wonderful, perfectly fitting work. His finishing of the tiles was and still is excellent.

Haleigh Lueders was impressive with her design knowledge and solutions to potential design problems. We could not have asked for better. She also has excellent taste and comes up with great, very creative suggestions. She was a jewel to work with, especially in regards to the selection of tiles, color schemes for the tiles, the selection of the beautiful sink, its color, etc.

Art Herrera was excellent and a perfect project manager. His broad knowledge with all aspects of the work to be done in the remodeling process is impressive. He was great examining and inspecting the workers' execution of work. We felt very well taken care of by Art and developed mutual trust right away.

Both Haleigh and Art were most helpful, friendly, forthcoming and exceeded our expectations. They are rare individuals in terms of their work ethic, precision, reliability and quality of work expectations. Custom Creative Remodeling should never let them leave for other employment.

There were two problem areas: The reverse osmosis water filter installer (plumber) did something wrong. We had leaks. The electrician made several connection mistakes (with the kitchen outlets) in the kitchen creating shorts in several outlets and the corresponding circuit. Personally I would not hire this electrician. We used our own electrician to fix this.

Legacy and the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek did a fantastic job on the remodel of our master bath, bedroom and Panoramic doors in our great room. Jeremy incorporated everything we were hoping for in his plans. Debbie's eye for what works together is spot on. We thought we had everything picked out and unbeknownst to us she sought out 2 different tiles to compliment the wall tile in the shower, presented it to us and it was a WOW moment. Derek was fantastic coordinating all the subs, was on site every day himself, and kept us informed daily about who would be working and what time they would arrive. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. We would use them again and recommend Legacy with the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek to everyone.

The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.
They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldn't be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

My master bathroom was remodeled. They did an excellent job and were very neat and always cleaned up after finishing each day. Workmanship was excellent and kept me updated daily. I highly recommend them and they went above and beyond.

I love, love, love my new master bath by Home Makeover Creations. Every aspect of it is perfect and it turned out exactly as I pictured! Even better is the great team of people who made it happen -- from the front end design by Debbie & Cheyenne, to execution by Jeromie and his crew. They are exceptionally nice and dependable. Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.
