We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

The whole Re-Bath team was excellent, from start to finish. Design consultant Bart had lots of great suggestions helping us decide on concepts, styles and colors. He also followed up as work progressed and came around at the end to make sure we were satisfied.
As for the work itself, we can't say enough good things about Brad and others that helped him. His preparation included placing cardboard not only on the floor from the front door, but cutting individual pieces to fit each of the 21 steps of our spiral staircase up to the master bath. Lot of plastic curtains to manage dust, too. Bart was always very professional, and his work (he did it all, from demo to floor tiles to plumbing) was excellent in all respects. His texts kept us well-informed about when he was coming over and provided a daily progress summary with photos when he was done.
The results were exactly what we wanted, and the project was completed on time and at the agreed-upon price. Re-Bath was also the best value of all of the teams we considered, and we're verry happy we went with them.

Steve came out was here just a few minutes before arrival time, which is always good! He was extremely friendly extremely professional very nice fella who mentioned Ace handyman services does a wide range of things that I didn’t know you guys provide so now we will be using this service as our go to I just needed a door to be adjusted and a knob installed so he was only here 15 minutes the service fee is really steep it would’ve been nice if it wasn’t $185-189. However the manager did say next time we use the service we won’t get charged a service fee which is awesome I am disabled and live with my mother who is elderly so as I fix up the house ACE is the place for us to help get our jobs done! Really outstanding and very impress with you guys so thank you! See ya next time.
