We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. In spite of slow downs caused by the City of Phoenix permits department during this pandemic, they worked very diligently to keep the project on track as best they could. We highly recommend Ardan Construction and would use them again!

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. Highly recommend.

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

Started work ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. All were very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the whole process.

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

Premier did a great job on our recent Mst Bath remodel. Can't say enough about how great of a job they did from prep work to cleanliness through completion. The tile work was exceptional. So happy we used them and will use them in the future.

We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. My husband and I have heard such horror stories of difficult contractors and remodeling drama from various people. Choosing KLB Homecrafters was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Kelly and Kristen's professionalism, experience, integrity, and overall business savvy. High praise to them! I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

Oustanding Job! Wonders of Wood did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets. The crew was absolutely phenomenal. They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out. The paint job is so smooth and silky, and looks fantastic. Absolute perfection! I'm so glad I went with this company.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

Last year we had Closets by Design install garage cabinets and a workbench. We were so happy with the result that when we moved to a new home this winter, we had them design a hobby room and workbench for our new home. Teresa did a superb job of taking our design ideas and creating a workable plan. She was incredibly patient as we tweaked the details, and she helped us keep within our budget.
When it came time for the installation, we couldn't have been happier with our amazing installer, Josh. Throughout the 4-day installation (it's a big room!) Josh was attentive to detail, kept a clean & organized work space, was respectful of our home, and was fun to be around . We even left him in charge while we ran an errand... that's the kind of guy he is! Teresa followed up with us as the job progressed. Amy in the office was friendly & helpful too. All in all - fantastic customer service, nice folks, and we LOVE the finished product.
