I contacted Todd Whittaker Drywall, Inc. (TWD) regarding an estimate on the removal of 7 rooms of acoustic (popcorn) ceilings and the repair, retexturing and painting of them in addition to the remodeling of a bathroom. The proposal was reasonable and was returned in a timely manner.
The whole process was organized and well planned. I was informed of what to expect to be done each day. The supervisor of my project kept me apprised of everything, and there was also an App available to me to refer to regarding the schedule. My supervisor, Juan, was so impressive. He guided and advised me courteously, respectfully and patiently throughout the process and was instrumental in solving any unforeseen issue that would arise. He was promptly responsive to any question or concern.
The TWD staff and their subcontractors were considerate and professional, friendly and polite, and provided great customer service. All workers were reliable, skilled, hardworking and friendly. As you can imagine, it was a dusty, messy project. Everything was draped and covered, and the cleanup was remarkable both daily and at the completion of the project. All ceiling fans were either reinstalled or replaced with new ones. Francisco handled that chore with remarkable patience given problems he encountered with wrong size or missing screws (totally the fault of the manufacturers) not to mention vaulted ceilings.
TWD proved to be a very professional and reliable company. They made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my project.

We had a detailed schedule. We knew who was coming to our home, and when. Every person who came to our home was professional and courteous. I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous.
