Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Overall a great experience, With a tiny area I needed all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen and storage! These guys helped to bring costs within range with minor adjustments in the layout but respected the concept of an elegant kitchen so you can entertain while you cook.

The estimate and cabinet sample were presented within a few days; and despite my shrewd shopping and researching other cabinet companies; I came back to these guys mainly because of the quality of the cabinet finish & construction. The installer was experienced and a good problem solver. He consulted often if there were choices in detailing and was incredibly patient at dealing with us. Kitchen and bath room refurbishment is stressful at the best of times, but these guys were service minded and a pleasure to work.

We had our contractor grade shower and tub replaced with an open shower and new hardware.It started with a visit by Benjamin Barnes - Design Consultant, he was great. Very friendly, no non sense, and made the visit enjoying. He covered our options and put it all to paper. He covered the payment options and set the start date. He anticipated 2-3 days for the job and it was as stated.We next met with Shane Whitmore - Project Manager, He verified the measurements, and addressed any other concerns we had.Our start date was 3/3/21 when we met Lyle Patterson & William Holt - Installer/s. Both were friendly and professional, they also addressed questions about the remodel. The end result is very nice, and night and day from our old setup.As happy as we are, it did not come without some issues. In our case we wanted a larger shower area, which meant; the relocation of the shower hardware to the opposite end of the room, but also the use of the wider area where the tub once lived. We were assured this was not a problem and doable. It was not an issue of being mislead, but more an issue of making the customer happy. I get people can be hard to deal with, but we are the type of people who can handle No when appropriate. We want the job to be done right, and be design correct so as to increase the resale value of the home. We are not designers, nor are we plumbers, contractors etc.The issue was moving the plumbing, and widening the shower area. I cannot expect a design consultant to know what is in a wall, but would hope a project manager would have more in depth knowledge. When the installers arrived there was confusion with both our primary requests. Lyle plainly said, The plumbing cannot be moved easily due to load bearing walls and the slab did not extend far enough to support the shower pan due to a false pop out in the wall. It made perfect sense, but that left us leaving the shower basically the same and not seeing the gains we wanted. Lyle was understanding and confused as well, and helped us come to a resolution.What I had issue with was the fact that in step #1 or #2 a simple stud finder would have shown the load bearing walls, and also identify theunsupported pop out area. In my mind it does little good to tell the customer 'What ever you want, when whatever is seldom realistic.In the end, we have a new shower and drying area we can live with. Was it what we had wanted or envisioned? No. I think this situation can be avoided in the future through training and attention to detail. The design people should assess the project area in 360 detail so any questions can be addressed by a project manager. The project managers should actively work the remodel in their head to identify any possible issues that could change the scope of the job. If needed, use the many tools available to probe walls, voids, pop outs etc. This is the point in which needed changes or modifications should be addressed not in the future when the installer shows up.The products are very good quality and the installation was professional.My intent is not to be hypercritical, but rather to be clear as to what transpired, and offer comment on how I think it can be done better for the next customer.AZLB20-2208

We had pop outs added our back house. The south facing wall had to be demoed and a new stucco wall put in its place. Excellent job!! Everyone was professional from the estimator, project manager and workers.

John and his crew did a fabulous job refacing the cabinets in my kitchen. They were very professional, on schedule and within budget. The workmanship was excellent, down to the finest detail. They will definitely handle my next bath or kitchen project!

We were recommend this company through a friend for our shower remodel. The owner Veny is great to work with. He spent the time explaining everything to us since this was our first remodel project. His patience and good communication really stood out. His team was great and did quality work. We got our shower remodeled and new bathroom countertop. I would strongly suggest that you avoid Diamond Granite and Remolding at all cost. My experience with Diamond Granite and, Daniel Dubei, the owner was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. For example:

Inordinate wait for product preparation and installation.

When the product finally arrived on installation day the measurements were way off - nothing fit. Either the laser measurements, fabrication, of both, were way off.

The installers were still in my house at 9:00 PM on installation day attempting to make the prefabricated pieces fit.

the bar quartz top was so bad measurement wise that it had to be returned to their shop and completely remade. The excuse was that they were supplied the wrong sink template. Disgraceful and total lack of attention to detail.

It took ten days for them to return and complete the installation. Countless Tucson Granite and Quartz kitchen countertop ads guarantee tear out and complete installation in one day.

I was without a kitchen for the entire ten day period.

They installed particle board on top of my cabinets after the old granite countertops were removed which was thick to the point that it is now exposed under the lip of the newly installed quartz countertops. Disastrous preplanning on Diamond's part which resulted in a very poor outcome that will have to be addressed with exposed moldings. Zero attention to detail again.

My original sinks were porcelain over cast. They were replaced with synthetic sinks in the new quartz. A step down for sure. Mr. Dubei's response is that the synthetic sinks have a lifetime warranty which I was never supplied with in writing and I wouldn't trust his word at this point with all that has transpired to date.

The oversize bar sink that was installed didn't take into consideration the outside the cabinet garbage disposal switch which is now hanging exposed on the side of the bar cabinets. It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left with the hole in the cabinet that the switch used to occupy. Again, disastrous preplanning and complete lack of attention to detail.

I notified Mr. Dubei, in writing, that he was, under no circumstances, to charge my credit card with the remaining cost due until he and I agreed, in writing, what reasonable compensation would be for the corrections that still need to be made (exposed particle board, re-locating the electric and making provisions for the hole in my bar cabinets) along with the inordinate delay completing what was no more than a one day job and me being without a kitchen for 10 days. He never communicated and definitely charged my credit card when he was expressly told, in writing, not to.

It was my mistake to not take the time read the inordinate amount of one star ratings and blistering critiques Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei have garnered over time. If I had, I would have been duly forewarned and avoided the grief I experienced employing
Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei.

My advice would be to read Diamond's and Mr. Dubei's ratings and critiques on the various contractor review sites very carefully. You will quickly see little attention to detail and preplanning on their part along with the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

This process is painless. Our salesperson came to our house and brought samples. We were able to compliment our counter to the backsplash, floors and cabinets. Then we had the template made and then Mike and his son came and installed our new counters. They are so easy to keep clean, no sealing necessary, just wipe down with Windex. We chose granite for its affordability. Love these guys and highly recommend.
