We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.

Eric at Authentic Custom Cabinetry was a pleasure to deal with. We got everything we asked for in our new kitchen. Others won't do the custom work we requested but Eric accommodated our needs with pleasure and professionalism and kept it substantially under budget.

I contacted him 5 years later for another job and he was just as nice and accommodating as he was the first time. You rarely find this old school commitment to customer service anymore. I don't need to look for anyone else other than his company now and in the future.

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

Premier was referred to me by a family member. The entire process was fantastic from design to install. My master bath is a large and the counter/cabinets is fairly odd shaped. They were able to offer design choices I would have never thought of and made the space much more functional and beautiful. The installers were amazing - I was able to move out of the master bedroom during the construction and they layed down protective coverings on the floor from the entry of the house all the way to the bathroom and hung plastic sheeting in the entry way to keep the dust contained and to a minimum. Always conscientious of their surroundings and my time (I still work from home so they let me know if major construction was going to occur). The construction is high quality and done to perfection . . . . and the tile!!! Cesar knows his stuff!! - I cannot imagine using anyone else for any kind of remodel. Kym, Kent, William, Martin, and Cesar - I got the A++ team for sure!

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

I met with a consultant from Closets by Design and she was very instrumental in helping us to accomplish the custom design we wanted and within our budget for a small walk-in closet and a small reach-in closet for our 2 bedroom home. We selected the custom white for the shelving, but added a wood front for drawers to add a little flare and interest. I turned out to look great. The installers, Isaac and Christian, were very professional. They called us to let us know they were on their way. The finished installation was just what we wanted. Isaac and Christian were both polite, courteous, and very skilled with the installation. I chose not to get the back wall of the closet shelving finished (spackled and painted by Closet by Design), and decided to do it ourselves. Now I wish I had paid for them to finish the back walls. It won't be too difficult for us to do it ourselves, but once the custom closets were install, I just want to get everything organized and back in the closets. Isaac and Christian hauled the old closet materials away and cleaned up the entire work area before they left. They swept the floor and vacuumed the work area. Very professional job and just what i wanted. I'll add a photo once we get the spackling and painting completed. I hope to hire them to build custom cabinets for my laundry room in the near future.
