Best Kitchen Cabinet Instal in Phoenix AZ

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

PHX Home Remodeling was great to work with for our bathroom remodel. Every employee we worked with was very friendly and genuine. They walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all our questions thoroughly, made the design process very easy, and did amazing work. Also, the area was kept clean during the entire process. The bathroom turned out exactly how we wanted. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Adam and his team were wonderful to work with! Very professional and very down to earth people. Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. I'm a repeat customer with Holtzman Home Improvement. They remodeled my kitchen last year, and now we're just finishing up a master bath remodel. For both projects I'm happy to say that I am very satisfied with their work.

Before deciding to work with the Holtzmans, my wife and I did some research, called in an architect, and asked several contractors to offer bids. What finally stood out with Danny and Brandon, and really what made us decide to work with them above any other contractor, was their ability to take a design approach from the start. Understanding design aspects of any remodel (as I've learned from Rick, their lead designer) is crucial. For both our kitchen and bath we found that the right design helped ensure we got what we expected (aesthetically) and that things stayed within the budget we set for ourselves.

Another interesting feature of Holtzman Home Improvement is their staff. They have their own employees for most jobs ; plumbing, carpentry, tile, etc. My wife and I liked this very much because it insured a high-level of quality and a group of workers that did not change throughout the project. All the people who work at Holtzman are steadfast professionals and did a great job.

Now for anyone who thinks that any well-planned home improvement project is impervious to mistakes, let me say that such is not the case. Some problems will, without a doubt, emerge. And whenever a problem presented itself, Danny and Brandon were always very honest about it, and worked with me to find a good resolution. If the wrong tile was laid down, they simply removed it. In other cases we had to endure some overages in order to resolve the issue. However if I had to pay a bit more to get what I and my wife wanted, we were always satisfied with the solution and found the final outcome better than expected. In some cases, the problem actually forced a solution that was superior to the original plan.

Finally the online project management system that Brandon set up is great. Not only does it show the schedule and upcoming work, but it helps document overages which is an important part of any project. I think this kind of system represents icing on the cake because bigger projects are complex and need exactly this sort of tight oversight.

So in the end, would I use the Holtzmanns on my next project? The answer is very much yes.

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

I can’t recommend Neoteric Builders LLC highly enough. I can’t wait to bring them back to rework our fireplace and surrounding built-ins.

I ordered kitchen cabinets through Alex Jackson at Diamond and what an amazing experience this has been. Alex has been very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The coordination of delivery and install was very accommodating to my schedule, even when I had to change it on them! I would highly recommend Diamond and plan to use them again when I re-do my bathrooms! We also had the privilege of working with Kenny J a bit on this project he has also been very professional with each interaction.

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! We now have a beautiful kitchen!! Thank you!

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

ArDan took on a small project for us and wowed us with the finished project. Great quality, great people, on time with great communication. Will use them again in the future and highly recommend to all. Vinny and Sabastian were both very talented, true gentleman, very courteous and cleaned up the job site before they left. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Great people to do business with. They carry really fine quality products and their installers are the best!! They show up when they say they will, do an excellent job and are very clean and neat!! Number one in my book!!

Love my Kitchen! It's been over a year and still, every time I empty my dishwasher, I think about how much I love my kitchen. Funny, right? But my old kitchen wasn't very functional, and emptying the dishwasher was opening and closing the dishwasher door several times to put everything away. Now I have so much storage and counter space, everything is laid out with purpose with double islands, and I love the modern look of the cabinets and how they seamlessly integrates with the more traditional living room!! Now it's time to update the bathrooms and we'll be calling Greg at Avanti Kitchen and Bath again in the spring!

Sebastian was the young man who installed our cabinets and he is a real perfectionist. Through out the installation process he took his time to make sure each unit was installed perfectly. We have a couple of punch list items remaining; but Chris and Sebastian are taking care of them in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Cornerstone.
