Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

14 months and still waiting for completion of a 360 Sq Ft Casita. Unfinished roof has molded and has to be replaced. Blueprint descripancy between company and county compliances!

Anthony of Trinity Remodeling and Home Center did a fantastic job designing and installing our dream kitchen. His prices beat the other vendors and Big Box Stores. The quality of the kitchen & laundry room cabinets were excellent. The installation crew did a quick and professional job. They were courteous and left a clean job. We absolutely love the “new” kitchen layout. We loved the job Anthony did so much we came back and had our three bathrooms remodeled by him.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Custom Creative Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom shower from a small snail-shaped to a beautiful spacious shower. The workers were always on time, were very meticulous, and even cleaned up after themselves well. The quality of the workmanship, especially by the guys who installed the tile was amazing. I chose 48 x 24 inch tile which was extremely heavy and difficult to work with, they took their time and were very precise with the installation. We even had an exposed pipe that had to have tile baseboard go over it, they figured out the fix by filing the back of the tile, you’d never know we had the problem. I was able to constantly contact them with questions and I believe I always had an answer the same day. It was pricey but that’s because of the products I chose. We had Custom Creative remodel our 3 other showers 2 years ago, and with each one we’ve been pleased. I highly recommend them.

Attention: I vented too soon. I finally got up the nerve to call Legacy and they were nice enough to grant me an appointment. Our misunderstanding was cleared up and a trust was formed and now Legacy is remodeling my bathroom. It has been nothing but a positive and professional experience working with them. These are The Professionals folks. These are the good guys who are sharp, honest, organized and very experienced,. And a very important thing, is that they are Licensed and they also have that Great Reputation that comes with them! And they make sure to live up to it! They keep you informed of each step along the way. I am so happy that I chose Legacy and I know you will be too.

I can't say enough about the expert, personal, and skilled service of this team. They really went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with the end product, including making numerous changes to the original plan, and really working with us as the plan developed. All work was high quality yet keeping to our budget, we used them to remodel our guest casita but want to keep them on for numerous projects on our main home! Excellent work!
