Best Full Renovation in Phoenix AZ

Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. I can't say enough about their fantastic team! Emily and Simone helped us make design choices for the house and were extremely easy to work with. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for! As far as the remodel itself, we were out of town while it was taking place. Still, everything went better than we could have imagined. Things were done according to a set schedule and the guys took pictures of everything so we could give our input if necessary. The guys were always extremely polite and accommodating. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

It has been a pleasure to work with Cornerstone Cabinets. Chris was very helpful in the selection process and our new cabinets are fabulous.
Sebastian was the young man who installed our cabinets and he is a real perfectionist. Through out the installation process he took his time to make sure each unit was installed perfectly. We have a couple of punch list items remaining; but Chris and Sebastian are taking care of them in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Cornerstone.

Custom Creative Remodeling truly exceeded my expectations! I relied on Haleigh for design since that’s not my forte, and I was very happy with and took her initial idea. The entire team was a pleasure to have working on my project. Jose did an amazing job on the herringbone tile work (there was a lot of it), Rudy kept the construction as tidy as possible, Manny painted everything beautifully and Jesus was very efficient and detailed with the electrical work. The quality of it all is just outstanding. This team finished the project on schedule and it’s everything I had wanted! I highly recommend!

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. I had such a great experience with Dan and his team. From the start, Dan was very communicative, honest, and straight forward about the entire process/pricing/scheduling/etc. When he came over to do the estimate, I knew he was very knowledgeable in his field... I had done a lot of research on my own prior to calling him. He was able to offer many options for my project to fit my needs. He told me that his price would be a little higher than other companies, but that it would be done well and done right. I told him that I would much rather pay a little more and have it done correctly the first time, without any hassle, and on schedule. After the installation, I noticed one small issue with one of my cabinet doors, and he took care of it immediately, with urgency. Planning, design, and installation were all so easy and non-invasive. Could'n't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely refer him and use him again for future projects! Before and after photos are included! Thank you Dan and team!
