He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. We recently moved to Phoenix from out of state. Some modifications to our kitchen were needed, and we did not know who to contact Fortunately our developer recommended ArDan to do the work. The planning of the project was done remotely, and a schedule for the project was presented to us. Shortly after we arrived the work began and moved along as smoothly as we had been promised. There was minimal disruption to our lives (we were living in the apartment while the work was done. Everything was done as promised, and we couldn't be happier with their work.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

I used Home Makeover Creations to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The entire team did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Jeromie alway went the extra mile to explain and helped with selection of materials that were used. In the end I have 2 beautiful bathrooms that I always get complements on. Home Makeover Creations has done a excellent job each time they have worked on my home. I highly recommend them for any remodel and construction work you need.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.
