Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

They remodeled our 80's master bath to a beautiful modern one. They also took part of our guest room to make a huge walk in the pantry. They also made our galley kitchen into a larger kitchen with a large island. They timed the kitchen, which was the largest project, so that from the demolition to complete new kitchen was only about 6 weeks. All are gorgeous and they were completely professional and extremely thorough. I think it took longer to work with the designer on the actual design and making all the selections. They are totally wonderful to work with and would recommend this company for any interior changes you may be considering.

Todd Whittaker Drywall Inc. recently finished a project on our home. We had drywall, trim carpentry,and painting performed. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The craftsmen are professionals. They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. The trades are amazing, professional and clean, they made sure everything was done right until the end. I can truly say I recommend them to anyone who wants to update their living space. 5stars.

We found this company at the home show. The owner and his designer came to our home to view the areas to be remodeled and we set an appointment to visit their office to review the plans and estimate. We traveled from our home in Glendale to their office in N.Scottsdale and he did not show.
Such a waste of our time and gas, especially on a valuable Saturday morning. We called him and he did not have us on his schedule. We told him to disregard our business and left.
This company and owner are irresponsible, don't waste your time too.

Keith and his crew were incredible to work with! Very professional, courteous, and priced well. I couldn’t be happier with our countertops! As someone who has updated and remodeled several homes in the last few years, working with Keith was the easiest with the best result. All of my other installs had something go wrong, but Keith’s crew installed everything perfectly and on time. We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I currently was hired by a homeowner who was wanting to upgrade there master bath shower to a custom frameless shower enclosure. They received my info from K&B Remodeling. All I can say is they definitely have a high quality of workmanship. As a custom shower installer it not everyday you get to walk into a master show that not only had beautiful tile installed but it was actually installed correctly. It was so nice to have tile that was level and plumb can’t say how many times I’ve gone to give an estimate and I feel terrible for the homeowner when I see the way the shower configuration was built not to work with the bathroom and the tile being installed by someone who doesn’t know what there doing. It’s nice to see a company take PRIDE in there work definitely would use them to remodel my bathrooms. Thanks KB look forward to seeing more of your work.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
