Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

My counter tops are beautiful. Their representative, Sean, came out to my house, gave me an estimate and helped me all the way through the process. He was great. Very happy with results.

We read their on line reviews and after hiring them we were pleasantly surprised at every aspect of our shower remodeling project. Jayson, at Mill & Stone, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed a plan that honored the quirky features and floor plan of our 70-year-old house AND modernized it perfectly.

Throughout the 3 month design process and another 3 months of reno/remodeling, Jayson ensured permits and inspections were done properly, problems were solved quickly, subcontractors were on time and did excellent work, and we were always in the loop.

We moved in last week and are delighted with the design, the materials, and the feel of our home. When we’re ready to begin Phase 2 (outdoor work), Jayson will be our first call.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not.
